Working with Me
Coaching is a process and recovering from burnout takes time. Everyone is different but there is no magic pill and the only way to recover is through the experience of day to day life. It can't be magically transformed on a weekend retreat - it is trial and error and about integration into your day to day life. That is why I offer a minimum of 6 sessions to make sure that there is enough time for those small but important changes to stick!
During that time, you will have me by your side as your number one supporter. We'll work together as a team to unpack how you got here, what needs to change and the change process itself.
Because you're totally unique, I draw from many different approaches to ensure we find the formula that works for you. Knowledge in this area is growing all the time and working with me will ensure that you have access to the most up to date tools and techniques that have the most impact.
And most importantly, I will help you get back in touch with your inner confidence so that you are able to become the CEO of your own health and wellbeing
Remember, I've been there - I haven't just read the books and got the qualifications. I've walked the walk and know what does and doesn't work.
